I love Issey Miyake, he is a real life designer with a creative flare for the artistic. So much of his designs are like wearable sculptures and I love the concept that you can wear any old dress to an art exhibit or you can be the centerpiece work of art at the art show. We are lucky in Second Life, because we can be the centerpiece work of art affordably. Where in real life I can only look at the pictures and admire something Miyake has done, in Second Life, I can make pictures of myself wearing the items Yula has made.

In the first picture, I am wearing part of Finemith’s “Love” series in my choice of the “Love doesn’t grow on trees” face ornament. It is one of the most incredibly sensual works of art I have ever worn. Love doesn’t grow on trees is a very 3 dimensional piece of art, symbolizing the tree of life and how love is the center piece of the tree. The flowering limb, whose center is the heart shows that love will grow, if only we learn to love, honestly and openly. Another exceptionally beautiful 3-dimensional work of art is the “I Love to Love” necklace and bracelet. This is another gorgeous set with its mild calming pastels. The heart is encrusted with a botanical garden of beauty with the sacred Calla Lily, a symbol of magnificent beauty in many cultures, featured throughout the piece, weaving its way softly up the chain, gently framing the face lovingly. The bracelet is a continuation of the petals of the necklace and includes a gorgeous chain of beading.

one term that bother me alot is balance and as part of it 'Aesthetic Value' how much 'alot' is still aesthetic, how much big is still aesthetic, how much big can it be if the colors are subtle, or cohasive. because no matter how many years i will live or create- i will always check myself and try understand why i am doing what i do as part of deciding if i do right or wrong.

Hey Guys,

Valentine's Day has come and gone, but the love is still here.  Love is said to be unconditional, Love is ever-present, but love does not grow on trees.

The newest collection to hit FINESMITH is called "LOVE DOESN'T GROW ON TREES".  This beautifully natural collection has elements of wood and gems bound together by love.  It almost is like love is sprouting for the wearer's body and reach out toward the others.  

What is new to this collection would be the face pieces that seem to be sprouting out of the cheeks on the  face.  Other places love looks to be sprouting from are the wrist, fingers, chest, and ear.  

The LOVE DOESN'T GROW ON TREES collection seems to have make what seems to be ugly and when mixed with love, beautiful.

私の国の劇｢Anchin&kiyohime」この物語をイメージしてスタイリングしました。若い僧侶Anchinに恋をしてしまったKiyohimeは、Kiyohimeを避けるようになったAnchinを許せずどこまでも追いかけて、とうとう大蛇の姿になり、愛するAnchinを焼き殺してしまう。ちょっと怖い話ですが面白い題材でした。今回使ったジュエリーはFINESMITH-HEART KEEPERです。I made styling in the image of this drama "Anchin&kiyohime" story of my country. It is in the figure of the large snake for prodding at last forever without being able to permit Anchin which came to avoid Kiyohime, and Kiyohime which has been in love with young priest Anchin burns Anchin to love to death. It was a slightly fearful story, but was an interesting subject.The jewelry which I used this time is a set of FINESMITH -HEART KEEPER.

We are excited to announce a contest involving 2 of the biggest brands in SL! Finesmith and Gizza have teamed up to bring you a fashion forward contest!
February is the month of love and we are looking for the most stylish, creative Valentine themed look you can come up with wearing only Finesmith and Gizza! We want to see a high fashion look with the colors of Red, White, Pink and/or Black mixed with the finest jewelry on the grid!
Prizes:
The winner of the best look will receive the following prizes:
1) 15,000 Lindens
2) Will be Modeling for a new creation of Finesmith and Gizza. The images will be used for store vendors in both stores.
RULES:
You must present a Valentines Day look wearing clothing from Gizza and Jewerly from Finesmith with the colors pink, red, white or black. for jewelry you may use any color.
