for a designer to try cover all of this is just impossible, so much character, life stories and interest can not be put in one design.

i was overwhelemed by them. and its been more then pleasure .

and i present you the resaults

Finesmith Designs is proud to announce our new Valentines photo contest, where you and your loved one can win a 10K Finesmith gift card each of you. We want to see your pictures showing how much you love each other while you wear at least one of the creations of yula Finesmith; show us your most artistic and romantic side.



You can submit your pictures directly to the Mail Box located in the mainstore (lm attached) till February 13th. The winners will be selected by the management team and will be anounced on Valentines day, February 14th.



This contest is opened to all the lovely couples in the grid, no need to be a model to participate; Finesmith Designs models can submit their entry as well.

FINESMITH'S "FORBIDDEN PLEASURES" HUNT IS UNDERWAY

From January 14, 2011 to January 22, 2011 Finesmith Mainstore will be holding a hunt for everyone to enjoy, with great prizes and more.

The hunt started at 10am on the 14th.

In order to take part of the hunt you simply tp to the start point in the Finesmith Mainstore and from there on start looking all over the Finesmith parcel for the Forbidden Frui


An apple will be placed on each of the stores on the Finesmith mall and the rest will be located inside the Mainstore, no hints, no LM you will have to run around the sim to find them.

20 Apples total- (Jewelry, dresses and nails)

Each hunt item is set for sale at a price ranged between L$1 and L$150 - items inside are worth L$250-1000L each
so you will end up with some awesome deals and amazing jewelry from Finesmith.

INSPIRATION Past and Present- January- Helen Zhora

I finaly started my January Inspiration project and with my busy schedule i really want to get to know the people im making jewelry for


so i gave them one assignment - to take me to a place they Like(thunb up).







I was charmed to day from the place Helen Zhora took me because i know Helen for some while and i feel like we connect, but never got to hang out together that much .



helen took me to place called female tribe exclusive - the name has already strong meaning-the design of the place is very soft- greek stone, greek poles and sculpture, all set with pink/purpleflowers , turquise water and green grass. the reason i try to pay attention to the colors because color choices show us personality.
The music in the background is very relaxing instrumental  i found it also sad/romantic 9im sorry i did not check what it was) , helen dissagreed she said its a place to runaway and relax, put things back in proportion:)


Helen is very delicate person, very polite and feminine, her fashion choices reflect the place she came from and how different it is from the place she is in now- from Africa to Europe- i see it very fasinating as a theme itself Past ans Present or from past to future.


Helen Lovesssss purple- in italy purple is bad luck . but she will wear it! i must combine purple in her jewelry.




this is why for helen i will create jewelry that merge softly elements from african influence and modern art/ design. wish me luck :)
